Shungite is said to be about 2 billion years old and is only found in Russia. It’s a very cleansing crystal and is mainly used for electromagnetic field (EMF) protection. It purifies and detoxifies the body. Anything electronic like phones and laptops emit EMFs so shungite can be used to block out some of this out. Its a very cleansing crystal. Due to it absorbing EMF and anything negative in the environment, it will need cleansing regularly and placed in the sun to recharge.
