Delivery
When will I receive my order?
I aim to post your order within 1-2 working days. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been posted.
– Orders upto 2 kg will be posted with the Post Office. They aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
– Orders over the 2 kg will be be posted with DPD. They aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Do you deliver abroad?
Unfortunately I do not offer international delivery at the moment.
What are your delivery charges?
The delivery charge is £4.95
I did not receive my delivery.
Although The Post office and DPD aim to deliver in 2-3 working days there is always a possibility that there is some delay. If 10 working days after due date you still have not received your item please email me (contact) with the following information: your name and order number. I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve it.
My delivery is damaged and or items are missing.
If there’s a problem with your order then please email (contact) me (please include pictures of damaged/broken crystals). I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve it.
Returns
I have changed my mind and I want to return an item.
As long as the product is in mint condition, you are welcome to return this to me within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and I won’t be able to refund you for previous postage costs.
Please email me with your order number and which item(s) you want to return and I will send you instructions how to return the item(s).
