LEMURIAN CRYSTALS
These crystals are master healers and are used to retrieve information about the ancient civilization of Lemuria and to guide and assist us on our spiritual journey.
The Lemurians who were spiritual beings lived on this earth in ancient times and worked with these crystals. Sadly something happened to them and they disappeared, but it is believed that the lemurians left messages within these crystals and were programmed before the crystals went back into the ground. Each crystal has ridges (lines) which is believed to hold the information from the Lemurians.
These crystals are truly special and carry a powerful, sacred energy within them. They are excellent to use in spiritual development work and therefore are best used on yourself and not others as they are here to help you on your journey.
MEDITATION
To connect to Lemuria, start by holding the crystal in your hand, close your eyes and take a few breaths, letting go of the outside world and going inwards. As you breathe in and out, feel yourself connecting and opening up to the crystal. When you’re ready, start moving your fingers over the crystal. Each crystal has ridges (lines) going all the way around it, start moving your finger over the ridges and see if there is a specific line you want to stop at and connect with. Go with what feels right, you may want to stop at a certain line or you may want to move right to the top, you may just want to hold the crystal in your hand. There is no right or wrong, just let your intuition and the crystal guide you!
