Palo Santo

Palo Santo is also known as the ‘Holy Wood’. It is a sacred tree that comes from Central and South America. It is used to purify and uplift any negative energies into positive energies. It can also help with protection so is great to use on your aura and in your home. Palo Santo is very healing and has a lovely sweet/woody fragrance which is really uplifting.

I often use Palo Santo if I feel like I need a ‘pick me up’ or if the energy in the room feels a bit stagnant/low.
